As soon as you order, we confirm it by email. Within 24–48h you'll have the proof of your portrait, already reviewed by us, so you can give it your approval. As soon as you approve it, you receive the file in high resolution (printable up to 50×70 cm), and if you ordered a physical print, only then do we send it to production.
