As soon as you order, we confirm it by email. Within 24–48h you'll have the proof of your portrait, already reviewed by us, so you can give it your approval. As soon as you approve it, you receive the file in high resolution (printable up to 50×70 cm) plus the transformation video, and if you ordered a physical print, only then do we send it to production.

A high-resolution digital file (4K, ready to print up to 50×70 cm at professional quality) and an exclusive video showing your pet's photo transformed into a work of art.

How long does my portrait take to arrive?

Between 24 and 48 business hours. As soon as you buy you get a confirmation email; within that time we personally review the portrait to guarantee its quality and deliver it to you. If you also ordered a physical print, we only send it to production after that validation.

Does someone review the portrait before sending it?

Yes. Every portrait is reviewed by a person, by hand, before we deliver it to you and before sending it to print, to make sure it faithfully reflects your pet and meets our quality.

What kind of photo do I need to send?

A well-lit photo where your pet's face is clearly visible. The better the photo, the truer the portrait.

Can I give it as a gift?

Yes — it's the perfect gift for birthdays, anniversaries or as a keepsake of a beloved pet. The transformation video makes the moment of opening it unforgettable.
